But it did happen here and not that long ago either. People were hung not because of rape, child molestation, murder etc....but simply because of the color of their skin.

If done properly where you drop and your cervical spine snaps then I'd imagine just for a millisecond. When done wrong and they hang there choking, it must be absolutely terrible
