Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
This is a good reason why something needs to be done with to many guns in the wrong hands in America. The shooter did not need to go inside and get he's automatic rifle over a little argument that wasnt even physical. The shooter is a coward and should do the adequate time if he gets any at all.

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
I disagree. He told the guy to leave and he wasn't behaving rationally. He got his gun to show he was serious. He even gave a warning shot, which was followed by being attacked and threatened. The guy was a dumbass and got himself killed. The shooter wasn't charged because he was within the bounds of the law. I'm sure there is also a history there that includes violence, so it was in his best interest to get his gun. Also, he was a pretty shrimpy dude.

In that state he has every right to protect his property. The other guy should've done what he was told to do and leave. He was trespassing, he broke the law, he paid for it. He earned it.

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
No criminal charges filed. The lawyer for the widow said he injected himself into an argument he did not belong in. Um, it was his property and his wife. He told him to leave, which is his right. He got a gun and the guy tried to take it away from him. Boom, justified. My question is, he got shot in the chest, I think. Why did he go down and was instantly killed. You get shot in the heart, you got few seconds or something. He went off like a light. |

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
We call it, "sack of potatoes", usually it's caused by a devastating hit to the, "CNS" (Central Nervous System) or a large artery. Hydrostatic pressure from the shockwave can cause remote blood vessel ruptures, often times in the brain...
