Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
Was there a lot of pain involved when you pulled that make-believe out of your ass? FORTY SIX states have absolutely ZERO ‘duty to retreat’ laws and not less than HALF of the states grant one the right to defend themselves, their property and the individuals on it in the precise manner this gentleman demonstrated. Texas is one of those states. Good day, Sir. |

The property was “violated” the same moment that the person who was ordered to leave chose to disobey that order and remain there. Defense of Habitation (Castle Doctrine) is not new and I suggest that you educate yourself at least a little bit before speaking on a topic. It’s better to keep one’s mouth closed and look stupid than to open one’s mouth and be stupid.

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
I’m on the dead guys side. The ex wife was hiding his child, and even said, “well I wanted to see him, you can pick him up at six”. If that was true lady then why isn’t your son there with you? I respect that this man gave his life fighting to see his child. So many men these days could care less. I hope the ex wife is charged because she’s the one who actually caused this entire situation by not adhering to the custody agreement. If the tables were turned and the dad was hiding the child, I can almost guarantee he would be charged with custodial kidnapping.

The biggest crime committed that day was by the people recording video in portrait orientation. Because no (other) law was broken, no prosecutor in Texas can bring this matter before a judge.

You must have intimate knowledge about the pain of pulling something out of your ass. Is your fetish putting you hands up your ass and pulling out rabbits? Never mind, spare me the deranged thoughts coming out of your head. |

White trash. More and more incidents like these will continue to happen when you have two idiots fighting like little kids. The dude did not need to kill him. Two shots on the legs would have done enough. Now, tax payers will have to flip the bill for these two idiots.

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
two shots to the legs would actually get you attempt murder or murder charges since it implies you didn't fear them enough to actually kill the threat
