Why did they keep moving it? I guess it couldn’t hold 2 grown men? So the victim just had to try and save himself, after hanging on for how long?  |

I don’t think so. I believe, at least I was told, that fire truck ladders only go to the 9th floor. That could be why it couldn’t quite reach and why it was not as steady. I don’t have any clue why there were no rescue personnel on board! The ladder is well strong enough to hold several grown men, in full firefighters gear, carrying the hoses, or people, or any number of things! There should have been people helping that poor guy!!!  |
