Man Falls from Balcony
July 19th, 2018 Engels, Russia Last Thursday on Kolotilov Street in Engels, a presumably drunk resident, 57, demonstrated how unsafe the balcony was on the 4th floor of a 5 story building . He appealed in the past to management of how unsafe it was, but felt the need to prove it despite warnings from onlookers. |

He did. The doctors took him to a medical institution where he died from the injuries. He sure demonstrated the lousy state of the balcony and of his own mind  |
