The bus apparently left the scene, I don't see the bus in the pictures. It appears from the video that the driver would be able to see the guy disappear/fall. I wonder where the driver's responsibility ends in this case. Is the driver responsible for riders who fall and are injured getting on or off? Regardless, it probably doesn't matter in a country with no justice. |
