I doubt the barber was in on it. Barbers outside the USA also massage their clients after a hair cut. That's what this guy was doing. He was also talking to the client that and paying attention to the 2 motorcycle guys outside. We all know what 2 guys on a motorcycle do.

He was not trying to cover the guys field of view. The guy in the chair was looking at the mirror in front of him. That's how he knew he was about to be attacked.

In a strange twist, the barber is actually the gang boss who likes the adrenaline rush and participates in most hits, a couple of his henchmen are outside looking at their boss' actions to tell the hitman when to come storming into the place as the boss covered the eyes of the victim so the hitman could come up very close to the victim and remain unseen.

Barber was like fuck it..it’s on the house
