Re: Man Electrocuted when He Messed Around with an Utility Pole Transformer
i think that was the motive. to steal aluminum cables for selling. he would have been fine if he cut it one at a time. probably slipped and touched a second line, and got shocked in a flash... or flashed to a shock.

Re: Man Electrocuted when He Messed Around with an Utility Pole Transformer
According to the news segment in this video the man wasn't working for an electric company, he was installing a transformer accessory. From the people talking in the first part of the video it looks like the man was decapitaded and his head was on the ground (a woman asks where is the head, someone tells her its "down there") Its hard to hear what they are saying but some guy was saying stuff like "look what you did" and some other guy says "they killed him", if i had to guess from what i can hear was that someone was supposed to "close the circuit" but missed a line. I'm an electrician and i have seen people making this mistake before, working on something while trusting someone with the power |

I forgot to mention, closing a circuit in this case means repowering it, so when they were talking about closing the circuit they meant opening it
