Man on Electric Scooter Is Fatally Struck by Tram
Saint Petersburg, Russia In the Krasnoselsky district, a 19-year-old man on an electric scooter was hit by a tram at an intersection. As a result of the incident, he died. There is a poorly visible traffic light installed at the pedestrian crossing. According to an eyewitness, the scooter rider did not notice the red signal and continued moving. |

He may not have seen the red light, but that tram was clearly visible to him for quite a while before he rode out in front of it. Should have opened his eyes.
