what's interesting is that they aren't even smart enough to realize he was still rhythmically breathing. He may have be save-able. Ugly, but save-able. His breathing was only hampered by position and blood, otherwise he was still moving air. On the other hand, to the people who say "Poor bastard." He didn't get that at the mall or the circus. I'm sure he wasn't running around collecting donations for children either. He was fighting for more stupid shit and stuck his head up at the time when you aren't supposed to. Tough shit.
