At least someone is there, holding him, present to him! We do not know, surely even the victim's themselves, how much comfort the mere touch of someone else during such crises brings! The mere presence of a loving someone, particularly during our last agony and passion, is better for us than any medicine ever could be! No compound or elixir could ever truly alleviate....fear!
