I'm so confused! Looks like he takes 1 round to the thoracic area right as he is taking the gun away from the first guy. But the other 2 look like they were friends and pointing guns at each other? |

At least he tried  After getting shot and seizing the weapon, it kinda looked like he held back from return fire And he parallel parked the getaway car 40 yards away  |

I think I know what happened here. Red Shirt (dead guy) took the gun from White Shirt, then Blue Shirt who comes out of nowhere at the left of the frame was a bystander who saw the scuffle and shot Red Shirt with his own gun because he thought that Red Shirt was the aggressor who had pulled the gun. Watch the other dude (also in a blue shirt) who spends most of the scuffle standing nearest to the bike. He goes up to Blue Shirt and holds his arms out as if to say, "Stop, he's not the guy you need to be worried about." I could be wrong, but that's what it looks like to me. |

D.R. This was a drugs dispute between criminals where a 24 yo got killed. cops arrested the killer and his friend later on. The deceased was a carpenter but was arrested in the past by police for several crimes.
