First of all, it's meant to be humorous. I'm talking about a character named Cliffy on the old TV show "Cheers". Cliffy was a fountain of information on a variety of topics. Many times he would start off his comment with "Actually...." and then go into an in-depth explanation of the topic at hand. That's all. No offense intended.  |

Oh, I didn't take offense. I didn't mean to imply otherwise. Thanks for the explanation, though - I googled it to no avail. I do remember my mom watching Cheers, but during that era, I was more interested in Thundercats, He-Man, and Garfield.  |
