I'm a bit surprised the guy died from that. It usually takes a hell of a blow to someone's forehead to kill them, because A) the frontal bone is the thickest, most dense part of the skull B) the prefrontal cortex which sits behind it is the "newest" major area of the brain and thus handles high-order cognitive functions instead of vital life processes, and C) there are no nearby arteries.

That said, sometimes people die from things far less severe. Maybe he was particularly susceptible to hemorrhage or had soft, graham cracker-like bones.

I like how you miss everything in the beginning of the clip. She throws water at him and his motorcycle. Not enough, she gets the broom to further brush whatever liquid that was on him and his bike. She invades his personal space every time she began her assaults on him. She then picks up the broom and starts hitting him in the face with it.
If just from this clip, judge who started the physical shit, its her.

The angle of that hit combined with the lack of shock absorbance from the concrete wall might have damaged his spinal cord perhaps. He did land pretty awkwardly.
