How is this a freak accident?? Sticking parts of your body into a running machine usually has a negative response. Having it be a rare occurrence just means that most people are smart enough not to do put themselves in that position. |

I think that may have been the actual cause of death. That machine didn't look to have the physical power to inflict fatal injuries (unless it caught him in a vital place, which is possible). But it may be that he was stuck in that upside down position and suffocated by the dough.
