Hmm.. interesting. Am I the only one that thinks the kick wasn't what killed him? At about the 29 second mark, you hear a thump. I thought that was the back of his head hitting the flatbed of the truck that caused the major injury and knockout. I mean, the kick was the cause of the man's head to snap back, but it was the back of the head hitting the truck that caused the serious injury.

I've re-watched it a few times and I'm pretty certain his head doesn't make contact with the truck. The sound is the kick to his head I think.
