Well a typical bag of concrete is 60lbs. So 240lbs on neck compression. If the contest was to "lift" the bags, well he did not lift anything. |

What a bunch of idiots. I wonder when they finally realised he wasn’t ok and got him help which was way too late. Seeing someone with a serious spinal/head injury get ragged around like that is grim. They made sure he had no chance.

Usually if the injury is below the C5-C6 vertebrae then you can still use your arms. So you can still break your neck but not suffer quadriplegia.
