I watched it over and over, and noticed that the camera is only taking a shot every .5 seconds or so. You can see the double image formed by slowing it down. in each shot right before the guy hits the sign, you can see each image ahead of the man. then, ms later, the full image "catch's" up to the ghostly image and fills it in.

I've been working in the film/tv industry for 7 years and know the loops and the technicalities that come with it. You obviously never heard of 'frame rate' nor 'output cables', both which can easily cause what appear to be smidges or choppy-like imaging. You cant even take into account that a cell phone is recording an LCD monitor. Jesus. If a camera has to capture something that happens veey quickly and the outputs+settings aren't perfect, you get imagery errors which you would later fix in post production. That said, this video is more real than cancer. You just have an immature understanding of digital outputs and frame rates.
