i guess if you ever encounter this situation and want to help prevent this you shouldn't drive slowly in the fast lane where your lights are visible than the obstruction in the slow lane. And also don't go mach 1 past a slowed down vehicle in the middle of the night who's leaving the slow lane open. They might just be filming your future hit and run. When 1 deceased patient becomes 2.
