~ This could not have happened in a stupidest way yet.
There are two people there.
~ The one guy most likely complained that the machine was stuck, so here comes the second guy who is supposed to know what to & what not to do.
~ Then the first guy just seems to take for granted that the machine's auto initiate mechanism trigger is not gonna work, even after the second guy initiates it by pushing the mechanical trigger, which looks like a large disk.
~ I am sure a safety switch was available but not used, because then they wouldn't be sure if the machine was really stuck or not.
