Assuming he was the driver, he should have waited in the cab until his truck was loaded. There was no reason whatsoever for him to be piddling around near an active forklift. Thanks, good post. |

I was a forklift driver and you NEVER drive forwards with a load and your forks up. Unbelievably dangerous.
