Man Crushed To Death by A Forklift At Work
This guy rolled the forklift and it landed on him. The rescue workers in the video lift the forklift up, and drag him out from underneath it.

WIth the forks/mast up high, center of gravity is high too. And that with a sudden sharp turn - and your going over.
