Based on the pictures i thought it was going to be a rear-ender with a motorcyclist not some useless prick turning onto a main road from an ally going about 40kms/hr. Too bad he made the turn instead of going over the sidewalk and hitting the building  |

It kind of looks to me like she may have either mistook the brake from the accelerator, or had some kind of accelerator malfunction. Just the way she comes flying out of the garage giving herself no time to check for cross traffic, and the way she plows into the bike without slowing at all, idk.  Embarrassing to admit this, but I sideswiped a car that way when I was backing between a tight space. I got distracted for a moment, and when I went to step on the brake, the car accelerated and BAM. It had never happened before or since so I don’t know how or why it happened. To make matters worse, the owner of the car I hit was sitting in my passenger seat. We were both like “WTF?”. Fortunately there was hardly any damage to either car, so there were no costly repairs. |

He should've went to the right, instead of the left, i.e. opposite the momentum, etc. |
