Re: Man Crossing Tracks Pulverized by Train
Stupidity. Victim looked up, tried to hurry, and misjudged the speed of the train. It's a common issue ... as you are looking at the engines head on, nearly impossible to judge the speed. I've lurked about DR for years, and I don't think I've ever seen such a prominent, large red mist cloud formed as a body disintegrates into fluid drops .... that was IMPRESSIVE, and this clip could be a major public education video clip if the train safety people wanted to use it. When a gate is down, SIT ON YOUR BUTT and wait until the gate goes up. Don't second guess, or assume you can tell if the engine is slow or fast. |

Re: Man Crossing Tracks Pulverized by Train
I was about to type the same thing, instant PURPLE HAZE, I don't remember seeing someone atomized into an aerosol cloud so fine and large on DR. The haze just hung there. I wish we could see an after picture of the body / parts. He misjudged the speed for sure, you can see him try to bolt in the last instant. |
