Its funny that they can afford a camera phone, but they are still wearing flip-flops  Sucks to be incapacitated next to a nice pile of bricks, covered in a petrol saturated sheet, burnt for a little bit, then extinguished..  |

It looks to me like a builder who gave an unsatifactory quote to finish off the job left by the other builder who gave an unsatisfactory quote.
