Man Committed Suicide After an Altercation with a Security Guard.
This cell phone video was taken in Oakland earlier in the month. The video shows the aftermath of an altercation involving a man and a security guard in which the man was believed to be high on a new drug called "flakka". This drug is known for its vivid hallucinations and it's users display of bizarre behavior
