Its called free solo climbing with no ropes or safety equipment. And it is dangerous. But the man knew these risks. It is one hell of an adrenaline rush thats for sure. It is possible he survived but unless the Operating Room is 3 minutes away. His chances are slim to none. Swelling and Bleeding in the brain. as well as trauma to vital organs such as lungs and heart.
