Man Casually Shoot and Kills His Wife and Son on the Street
Peru. Giuseppe C.L.V, a 43-year-old security guard, was arrested on August 31, after shooting and killing his 49-year-old wife, Carina P.G.H, and his 22-year-old son, Giuseppe A.L.G, in Lima. The double homicide took place after the family returned from a celebration. Following a domestic argument, Giuseppe first shot his son outside the home before pursuing his wife into the street, where he shot her twice. The couple's 12-year-old daughter witnessed the attack but was able to escape uninjured. After committing the crime, he barricaded himself inside his residence and fired shots at arriving National Police and municipal security officers. Authorities ultimately breached the property, subduing and arrested him. The Peruvian Prosecution Service has opened a preliminary investigation against him for the crimes of femicide and parricide. |

Talk about a lack of a sense of self-preservation. If someone (who is your father) happens to shoot you, instead of running away in fear for your life when you had the opportunity, stand there and talk to him. Do you think he won't shoot you again?  |
