If I remember rightly he was part of a gang that was extorting bus drivers and a driver was killed so he was captured then taken from a police station and torched, I think it was MS13 related.

His legs are done, they need to turn him over. Seriously though, the most we can hope for in these situations, is that he actually committed whatever horrific offence he's accused of. |
