Man Beheaded Wife, Then Roamed Around Town With Her Severed Head
A man in East Midnapore, West Bengal state, India, was arrested for killing his wife by chopping off her head. The man, identified as G.G., 40, was spotted by locals sitting on a bench. He was soaked in blood and carrying the severed head of his wife, P.G. The police were called to the spot, who then arrested the man. Afterwards, the police searched his house and found his wife's body. According to the police, G. is mentally unstable. In 2021, he was arrested for covertly breaking into a lion's cage at a zoo in Kolkata, escaping with minor wounds. He apparently killed his wife following a domestic dispute and severed her head with a cutlass. |
