These men are from the Baath Bridages. We know this primarily from the title of the video, so it isn't certain, but pretty close. The poster is correct in saying the video is from Syria. The Baath Brigades fight on the side of Al Assad, but do not fight directly with the Syrian government forces. As for the Weasley brothers, those fuckers look Western.
