It likely doesn't take anywhere near 30 seconds for the individual to not feel any longer. I would say maybe four to five seconds and even then, it wouldn't be great pain because of adrenaline and then shock. Many people on this site get a kick out of the imagined sufferings of others, however the body shuts down when critical damage is inflicted despite how the body instinctively reacts to said damage.

Thats very reassuring. Ive also noticed that whether being burned alive, dismembered or decapitated, eventually people stop screaming. I think the dudes that scream the most are probably junkies that have fucked up their pain response and feel every jagged burr of the blade  |
