I've never understood why "your guys' side" is so obsessed with this wall lmao. Is it for the symbolism aspect (which as a latino, can say literally means nothing to us)? Or do you guys legitimately think that a 20, 30, 40ft wall will keep people from crossing the border?

People never have a response when I ask them what happens once illegal immigrants start using cartel's tunnel systems to cross. The whole argument pretty much shuts down on their end once that question is asked.

And I'm all for the 2nd Amendment (God bless the U.S.) but do you think our pea shooters will really do much if the U.S. hypothetically one day decides to go batshit insane and start using its tanks, bombs, and planes to start killing its own citizens? lmao. I am not obsessed with the wall. I do believe it's a step in the right direction though.
At this point, with the current administration, the wall talk is irrelevant. Open borders. Who would climb a wall when you can walk through the gate? A 50ft wall
will not solely solve this border crisis we're facing.

Underground tunnel systems have been used for years for human traffic and narcotics, and will continue to do so. Fill them in/collapse them when we discover is about the best we can do for that one. People will break any law if they want it bad enough. If it were that easy, we could just make murdering illegal and nobody would do it.

As far as your tyranny comment goes, I guess I'll choose to go out swinging (like I hope every other American would) rather than bow down. I can assure you, millions and millions of pea shooters shooting billions and billions of peas will have an effect. How much is the question.
