"The same people who rant about wanting guns in case the government goes rogue" That idea is damn near exactly why our 2nd amendment was written. Crazy, eh? Just to put your mentality into perspective for you, I'll give an example. I'm willing to bet you were and likely still are a mask nazi. Probably N95, even. Why do you and your people push them? Because it has the chance to slow the spread, right? So, what's wrong with adding a big fucking hurdle for illegals coming into our country? Same concept, it won't halt them all but sure as shit cut the rate down. Or does that idea only work for you guys? Dude, we can't afford to give anyone else anything. We are sinking fast enough.  |

Ive had all my shots and booster shots, and I already had covid twice, so I could give a damn if other people wear a mask or not. Thats their beeswax. Dude, people have been coming into this country illegally for CENTURIES; almost every Latino you see in this country is either an illegal or descended from an illegal (and thats not even to mention illegals from all other races and backgrounds)...........and we're chugging along just fine. Many of the problems facing our society today (mass shooters, covid, inflation, War in Ukraine) have absolutely nothing to do with illegal immigrants. I dont see how people crossing over, working their butts off in construction and earning a paycheck is "giving" them anything. They still contribute to this country via the work they provide. Are there some bad apples mixed in with them, absolutely, but can you honestly name any group of humans that DOESNT have a few bad ones among them  ?
