Why do people have to do the "God saved you" thing? If God was watching, maybe he wouldn't have wrecked in the first place. Ever give that concept a few minutes of consideration?

I thought this was an old video that I'd missed until today but I see that I commented here the year it was uploaded on DR. That guy did a great job keeping him calm but I have to question why he live streamed it on his facebook (?). It's the one thing that makes me think, "WTF?!"
