i wish these poor idiots would think about this stuff br they join cartels. But so attractd to that juicyh paycheck which dispapears once they join and now they're stuck forever (unless they run to the border!)

You have a good point, but something I would add is there is some percent (probably small, but it exists) of people who are forced into service with these cartels. "You're with us or against us". They literally go through villages and round guys up. That's one reason why most of these guys get tattooed head to toe with gang/cartel tats, so they can't bail and once they are in the only way to leave is feet first. And these low level guys don't get paid dick. They have to prove themselves by carrying out these savage ways of killing people in order to climb the ranks. The bosses aren't boots on the ground with the stuff we see in these videos, they keep a safe (safe is a very relative term) distance.
