Crazy shit, I thought she was dead until I saw her lips move.

I wonder how it feels to just be laying there while a group of flesh-hungry maggots nibbles away inside your eye socket.

The second time I watched the video (had to watch again cause I said to myself, "self, WTF , is that real?") I didn't notice the second pair of tweezers going into the hole next to the eye socket to pull out maggot....eeewwww, has to be the grossest thing I have ever seen.
