That’s what I thought for a split but it’s the gear on his back, shadow looks rippled due to the inconsistencies in the sand itself. The hat looks pretty torn up to me though so he most likely did still get hit. If not he’s a lucky man, we’ve seen and heard a hundred times of hats being shot off with little to no actual damage before.
