Second video, is him just yapping and yapping about how the dude needs an ambulance and how badly he's bleeding etc. He is also saying that tomorrow he'll go and make either a payment or a stop to an ambulance? Why that guy complaint about not enough ambulance? Every now-and-then or every hours there are so many people fighting, shooting, chopping and ...shooting, where got enough ambulance to go over the country to pick up all these bit and pieces of ...bodies?
