I'm not fluent in Spanish but can understand a decent amount. In the first video he says "Una persona como se desengra, un muchacho trabajador, que no lo hacia dano a nadien, trabajando! y mire como se muere" - "Oh how a person bleeds, a young (male) worker, who wasn't bothering anybody, just working! And look at how he is dying! Second video, is him just yapping and yapping about how the dude needs an ambulance and how badly he's bleeding etc. He is also saying that tomorrow he'll go and make either a payment or a stop to an ambulance? Accent is thick to the point where I can't tell if he is saying pago (payment) or paro (a stop)
