well, for sure this is not common in brazil. i mean, this is the kind of stupid bullshit that happens everywhere in the world. i don`t know if it`s ideal to punish somebody like this for such a crime. i mean, it`s like we are not civilized yet ..but again, in a civilized society, crimes like this would not exist... :)
