Im sorry, but those are not lungs that are penetrating on the bilateral sides of his flanks... Those are bilateral eviscerations of abdominal organs protruding.. NOT LUNGS  The lungs are too superior to where the organs are protruding.... Moreover, the mechanism of injury doesnt make sense either when he seems to be pretty intact with the exception of the obvious. |
