I don't know what is worse, the fact that this guy chopped up his wife and child or that everyone just drove by and did nothing to stop him. Finally the cop shows up but can't do anything until other cops get there. That is truely fucked up. At the end there is a flash of the little child laying in the blood, fucking broke my heart.
