I was gunna say fake but the bit where he is dragging the knife over the guys back looks pretty real
Unfortunately this was most definitely real. I knew it when I saw it and yet I hoped I was mistaken. Then I saw the news and knew for sure that I had witnessed an actual murder by a demented sociopath and possible serial killer.
