Is the Canadian postal service always this slow? I mean, he left Canada on the 26th I thought Royal Mail was bad but over a week for a parcel just takes the piss. Magnotta should ask for a refund.

FYI - Vancouver is on the West coast of Canada so a travel time of 1 week for a parcel is OK, he probably picked the cheapest rate and it was sent by truck
