I'm Canadian and I remember the Paul Bernardo thing well, it's really hard to forget, there's just a level of sickness that's hard to top. Yes, i think the television should make some more psicologic terror on public and spread a lot of fear around the world, i think he wasn't cath so far because a lot of people didn't get information about what's happening.
