man I dunno...It certainly looks fake I mean the guy was moving and all of a sudden he's being stabbed repeatedly and doesn't move at all...then again previous points r correct about the heart being stopped. Also the dog thing. so does he kill him off camera? But they have arrested him in Germany and supposedly he killed his aunt and had sex with her corpse and also a homeless guy... so u don't get arrested for no reason with interpol after u with 330+ countries participating...so...food for thought
