If he thought what he was doing was ok, he wouldn't have fled the country. He wouldn't have lied to the police when they first asked him who he was. I believe he's fucking insane, but 100% competent to stand trial. There's no way a mentally healthy person would do what he did. No fucking way. Here in Quebec, Canada, justice system is funnily slack! Look at that case, a Cardiologist stabbed his two children 46 times on a jealousy rage against the mother 3 years ago. Never went to jail, now already granted for some outings from psychiatric hospital !

Oh I know dude. The guy who ate the dude on the Greyhound bus has outing privileges too. And of course fucking Holmolka. They just don't get it do they? People who are criminally insane do not need to be released. Magnotta will not benefit from psychotherapy so it's pointless to keep him in a psych facility. Lock him up for the rest of his natural.
