The guy can seemingly afford to go anywhere he wants in the world whenever he wants. He was only in the shitty apartment for 4 months, well within the time frame of his planning and execution. He clearly is comfortable money wise. No idea where he would get it tho, no idea how much a gay guy would get doing porn.
