Our "slovenian" prison is more like 5 star hotel.. with TV, internet access ect.. Sentences are hilarious.. For this offense it is punishable by imprisonment from 3 to 15 years. And even if they get the max sentence, they will be out a lot sooner.

They also told that they don't regret what they did, but are "afraid" to go to prison.

I kinda agree. Notice how docfr8, an actual combat medic, doesn't once mention it in his assessment of the guy. Plus so many people call it a sure sign of imminent death, but it's really just a sign of deep unconsciousness and loss of cerebral motor control.

If anyone remembers that clip of the crazy homeless "Jesus taught me karate" guy that gets knocked out by a U.S. Marine in a karate dojo, that's proof right there that agonal breathing doesn't necessarily mean that someone is on their way out, because he goes full-on with it and eventually recovered without any real medical attention.
